14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

For consumers in the European Union, European Economic Area, and the United Kingdom, this right is provided in accordance with applicable consumer law. For consumers in Switzerland, we provide this 14-day return right voluntarily under this Policy.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email us at support@icanwant.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

After receiving your withdrawal notice, we will provide the return address and instructions applicable to your order. You must send the item(s) back within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

Return Conditions

You may open the package and inspect the item as you would in a physical store. Original packaging, accessories, inserts, and documentation should be returned where reasonably possible, but the absence of original packaging alone will not prevent you from exercising your right of withdrawal.

You are responsible for any diminished value of an item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. This may include items that have been installed, applied, used, altered, damaged, or handled beyond reasonable inspection.

For example, screen protectors or similar items that have been installed, applied, used, damaged, or altered may be subject to a deduction for diminished value, where permitted by applicable law.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item to us.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, or you provide valid evidence that it has been sent back, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable law.

For a full-order withdrawal made under the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund:

  • the price paid for the returned item(s); and

  • the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the order.

We will not refund:

  • return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect;

  • any additional cost resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option; or

  • charges for optional services that have already been performed, such as express delivery, scheduled delivery, installation, or other service upgrades, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

For partial returns, the original shipping cost for the order will not be refunded.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item(s) or you provide evidence that the item(s) have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@icanwant.com .

For faster handling of delivery-related issues, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number;

  • clear photos or videos showing the issue; and

  • photos of the outer package, where relevant.

This 14-day contact period is intended to help us investigate delivery-related issues promptly and does not limit any statutory rights you may have in relation to faulty, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming goods.

Depending on the issue and applicable law, we may offer a repair, replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate solution. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return costs where a return is required.

Sale Items

Sale, discounted, and promotional items are subject to the same statutory rights of withdrawal that apply under applicable consumer law.

Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights that apply in your country or region, including rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods.
