Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, contact us at xzhen0417@gmail.com or daov4lian@qq.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

- Gift cards
- Screen protectors that have been removed from their packaging (for hygiene reasons)
Exchanges Return the item first. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — 14-day cooling-off period If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at xzhen0417@gmail.com or daov4lian@qq.com.
